Do you have a swimwear vision of your own?
We can help bring it to life with our custom private label manufacturing service. From creating unique swimwear designs to personalized packaging, we can help carry out your artistic vision from start to finish. By manufacturing at one of our LA-based privately owned factories, we are able to offer flexibility and low minimums to all private label clients.
Since most startups require product samples to be made before debuting their collections, we gladly offer sample making and pattern-making services to all clients. We save you time and money by pre-stocking our warehouses with plenty of self-sourced raw materials so they are ready to go when you are.
All orders must be a minimum of 300 sets (top and bottom) or 300 one-pieces in which are the same color and same style. You may choose whatever quantities of sizes across the 300 units.
If you’re ready to get the magic flowin’, follow these steps:
1. Send us your design
Send a picture, sketch or physical garment to info@ris-k.com so we can see your swimwear vision. Please put “Private Label Design” in the subject line and include a detailed description so we can best help you.
2. Plan your patterns
Our in-house pattern-makers can help develop your garments. Skip the pattern development time and choose any style from our website (pattern charge applies). Or expedite the process by choosing your own pattern free of charge.
3. Create a sample
During the sample process, we will provide you with construction materials such as thread, elastic, selected fabrics, lining, bra cups, boning, tape, etc. Since these designs are created with your creative eye, there may be certain fabrics and trims we cannot find so please provide us with them.
If you find any mistakes in the sample made on our end, we will correct it free of charge.
If you make edits to the design after we’ve created the sample, you will be charged for a second sample fee.
4. Get a price quote
Once you’ve completed the pattern-making and sample-making, we can give you a price quote based on your design.
5. Create Your tech pack
We can create a tech pack for your design to contain all the necessary information for the production process, specs for sizes and how to get the best result possible.
6. Choose your fabrics
We will gladly use your own fabrics to lessen your total cost. If you need to select Fabrics, we can provide several prints and solids fabrics for you to choose the best option.
Customized fabrics: We offer digital printing, screen-printing, rotary printing, sublimation, etc. Send us your art file and we can provide a sample yardage enough to create your finished swimwear samples. We suggest digital printing as the ideal route for smaller quantities.
Stock prints: We have a variety of stock prints and solid colors that are always available in our warehouse. We carry many different lines of fabrics itemized for swimwear such as nylon/lycra, lining, polyester-spandex, lace, mesh, crochet, chiffon, etc. We have the ability to manufacture fabrics both overseas and domestically.
7. Move into production
If the sample is approved, we will move into production one we receive a 50% deposit from you. After we receive the deposit, turnaround time is generally 4 weeks depending on the quantity and difficulty of the design.
8. Approval of the T.O.P. Sample (Top Of Production)
We create a TOP sample for approval of each style and color in the bulk production. At this phase, we will need any woven labels, heat press labels, hangtags and packaging material you require.
